waltdisneyconfessions: “If Frozen isn’t traditionally animated, I’m going to give up on Disney.” I won’t give up, but I’ll just be sad.  Deep and utterly sad.  Yes, 3D animation and is a big plus.  Yay Technology!  But, as I keep mentioning throughout my blog, 2D is a dying art, and it is something that Disney truly captures the charm of.  I’m not saying that Disney should put an end to 3D animated films, for they have done fantastic jobs with the worlds that they did use entirely out of CG, but it just breaks my heart that 2D is dying.
